This notice covers the public RMS Insurance website at RMS-INS.com. It does not describe how insurers, Medicare, or other organizations handle applications or coverage information, and it is not a healthcare privacy notice.
Optional analytics is not active
Google Analytics has been removed from this website. RMS Insurance is not currently running optional visitor analytics on these pages, and Cloudflare Web Analytics has not been installed. There is no analytics consent prompt or analytics setting to change while optional analytics is inactive.
Previously collected information and browser storage
Removing Google Analytics stops this website’s Google analytics code from loading on new page visits. It does not erase information collected previously when a visitor allowed analytics. The former setup used two-month event- and user-level retention; aggregated reports may be retained for longer. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
Earlier analytics cookies and saved preferences may remain in your browser until they expire or you clear them. This website’s current code does not use them for analytics. You can remove them using your browser’s controls for this site’s cookies and storage. A page left open from before this change may still contain the earlier code; refresh or close it to load the current version.
Website operation and other services
The website host receives technical information needed to serve pages, such as an IP address and requested page address. Removing optional analytics does not prevent that necessary traffic and does not disable hosting logs. This notice does not promise that all website requests are anonymous or that the host receives no data.
The website does not have an online contact form. Calls and emails to RMS Insurance are handled separately from website analytics. Please do not put health information, Medicare numbers, or other sensitive details in website addresses or an initial inquiry.
